The Redskins have decided not to tender restricted free-agent WR/Returner Brandon Banks and the Colts decided to do the same with their RB/Returner Deji Karim who is an exclusive rights free-agent.
Neither player contributes much outside of the return game, the 5-7, 153 pound Banks recorded just 11 catches in his 3-year career with the Redskins but added 3,793 return yards [on both kick and punt returns] and 2 TDs.
Karim had the longest kickoff return touchdown in Colts franchise history against the Texans last season. But only returned 9 kicks last season and averaged only 3.0 per carry on 98 career rushers.
